A taxi or car service will get you there easily, but they will be pricey (about $30 each way for a taxi) and may have to deal with traffic. If you're interested in splitting a cab with someone, let us know and we will try to match you with someone else in the area.
The subway is a decent option to get to the wedding, but a taxi or car service is probably better for the way home. The subway is cheap and reliable ($2.25 per ride).
Take the A train north to 190th St.
Take the elevator up to Fort Washington Avenue, walk north past the park and into the circle, go up the first street on the right (Margaret Corbin Drive), and the New Leaf Cafe will be on your left. You could also go straight at the circle and walk through the park, just make sure to take the first path on the right.

Google Maps or GPS might send you through the Bronx on the Cross Bronx Expressway - we recommend that you not go this way, as it is often backed up with traffic and we don't want you to be late for our party. It could be faster to get into Manhattan, get on the Henry Hudson Parkway at the west edge of the island, and drive north to Fort Tryon Park. If you live in New York, chances are you already know a good way to get there and you'll go that way.
Keep in mind that parking is limited, and you will have to walk a little to get to the cafe.
